Whidbey Island Center for the Arts awards up to four local artists a year for a special performance on the Michael Nutt main stage. Langley-based Joann Quintana Band won the 2020 Local Artist Series and will perform original songs and those of other women, telling the stories of their lives. Performances include special guests.
